Common questions

Is coaching really included?

Yes, coach time is included. Your membership includes weekly office hours with a coach, live webinars, and recordings of past sessions, and the schedule is in your dashboard. Private 1:1 sessions and small group sessions are a separate purchase, priced in the open at $150 an hour and $100 for three group sessions.

How does billing and renewal work?

New memberships start with a 7-day free trial, so you are not charged until day 8. Choose monthly or annual at checkout. Your membership renews automatically on that cycle. You can stop auto-renewal anytime from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current period, and you are not charged again after that.

What’s the refund policy?

New memberships start with a 7-day free trial, with no charge until day 8. After the trial, monthly memberships are non-refundable. Annual memberships include a 30-day money-back guarantee from your first charge. Read the full refund policy.

Why don’t you offer generic role templates as a separate library?

Because Nari continuously updates the structure and guidance around current market insight. Instead of handing you stale templates to interpret on your own, the system builds from what hiring looks like now.

Is this right for me if I’m not actively job searching?

Yes. Many Nari members join during career exploration phases, before a job search, during a transition, or simply to develop their materials and career narrative.
